Eligibility for Returns

- Not be altered or modified in any way
- Not be worn or used

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our support team and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
